Colleagues from scientific institutions and firms of Russia, USA, Great Britain, France, Germany, China, Poland, etc. support ITS study and scientific activities. The best ITS students receive scholarships from the fund which was created in ITS by “Ukrtelecom”, A lcatel, UMC companies. Study process uses basis of "Ukrtelecom", "UkrSat", "Kyivstar", UMC, De-Te-Be Ukraine, Kapschtelecom, Банкомзв'язок, DataGroup, Golden Telecom, Alcatel, СБУ, AMPAK (USA), HUAWEY TECHNOLOGIES (China) and other companies.

On ITS basis Intel Competence Center is functioning, in which ITS students on competitive and contract basis can learn Networking Systems and take part in scientific research.

ITS graduates get engineer qualification in electronics and telecommunications according to the specialties: “Telecommunication means and technologies”, engineer qualification in telecommunications according to the specialty: “Telecommunication systems and networks”, industrial process engineer qualification in telecommunications according to the specialty: “Information communication networks”.

ITS graduate's activity is connected with scientific researches and software and hardware complexes and information technologies development. They are data transmitting systems via fiber-optics, radio, microwave, cables, multipurpose application digital communication systems, telecommunication networks and there information protection.

ITS graduates work in government and none government companies: “Ukrtelecom”, “Ukrcosmos”, “UkrSat”, “Gelios-RRL”, “Kvazar”, Critical technologies center “Microtec”, “EnranTelecom”, "Kyivstar", UMC, Golden Telecom and many others.

(d) – daily study, ( c ) – correspondence study according to contract;

admission to daily study according to contract is realized for all accredited specialties;

admission to correspondence study specialties according to contract can be realized during the whole

study year.

The suggested specialties: “Telecommunication means design”, “Satellite telecommunication technologies”, “Management in telecommunications”, “Telecommunication systems software”, “Distributed systems Development”.

Integrated Master's Degree Program between TUD and NTUU “KPI”

National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and Technische Universitat Dresden suggest an integrated Master's Degree Study program in «Distributed Systems Engineering» (Institute of Telecommunication Systems of NTUU “KPI” and Faculty of Computer Science of TUD) .

TUD and NTUU “KPI” students have the possibility to obtain double Master's degree within the integrated international study programme «Distributed Systems Engineering» based on the TUD Master's study programme in “Computational Engineering” and NTUU “KPI” Master's study programme in “Information Telecommunication Networks” .

Forming and preparing student groups begins after the second year of their studying in NTUU “KPI” according to progress. Studying is chargeable. According to the study and scientific progress, students can get scholarships for their participation in this program support.

Study period is two years. Students have to study at both NTUU “KPI” and Technische Universitat Dresden. They are jointly monitored by two lecturers (tutors), one is from NTUU “KPI” and one is from TUD.

Students will be awarded a double degree:

TUD “Master of Science” degree in Computational Engineering ,
NTUU “KPI” “Master in Telecommunications”

POST GRADUATE STUDY

On NTUU “KPI” Inter-branch Institute of Post Diploma Education (NTUU “KPI” IBIPDE) basis post graduate study specialty “Information connection networks” is founded. It is based on bachelor study program in the similar specialty. The studying is correspondence according to contract. The study period is 2 years.

The documents for post graduate study are accepted up to 20 of September to NTUU “KPI” IBIPDE (address: room 309, 37 Peremoga Ave., Kiev , Ukraine ).
